Order Information

Our ordering process is designed to be simple and straightforward! In addition to the secure online shopping cart, 'Carole's of Bourke' will gladly accept phone and email orders. Should you need more information on a product, please call or email.

Payment

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) via Paypal in our secure environment is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Carole's of Bourke.

We also accept payment by credit card over the phone. In this case credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be despatched, and not at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will send an email informing you. If we haven't received a response in 5 days, we will retry the card. In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.

Goods will not be dispatched without full payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Availability

All stock is subject to availability.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.  Carole's of Bourke will not be responsible for any items that run out of stock or are discontinued by the manufacturer while displayed online. We will endeavour to keep the site updated as stock is determined.

Postage

Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post and are charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Orders over $200 will be dispatched free of charge.

There are some large items which are noted to be ‘Bulky postage items’ and will be charged at a higher rate. We will combine postage to provide the most cost effective rate where possible, so for a large order please contact us by phone (02) 68721077 or email sales@caroles.com.au to enquire about the rate.

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. Although rare, from time to time there might be an unexpected or unavoidable delay experienced in dispatching your product. Should this occur, you will be notified by one of our Directors at the earliest possible convenience.

Our postage policy is to endeavour to provide the most cost effective postage for you. Carole's of Bourke reserves the right to request additional postage charges for any parcel that exceeds 500g being sent via Express Post or specific mail. Receipted delivery is free for orders over $200. Alternatively, if you are local or passing through we will pop your shopping away and you may make arrangements to collect it when in town.

Gift Wrapping

Buying as a gift? Carole's of Bourke will wrap and dispatch gifts directly to your recipient on your behalf if you wish.

Please ensure that the recipients address is noted in your order and that you indicate in the comments box what occasion the wrapping should be suitable for. We will then wrap it beautifully and include a hand written message. Carole's of Bourke provides this as a free service and we will ensure all gift wrapped parcels are then packaged securely to preserve the beautiful wrapping in the post.

Returns

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and if for any reason the items you have received were given to you as a gift and it is not suitable then we will gladly exchange them for a gift voucher (if it was a gift) or provide an exchange or credit if you made the purchase yourself.

We are happy to offer a credit or an exchange of item. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of receipt, with copy of receipt. Please include a self-addressed post pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly. Please be aware that we will not cover return postage, and that you will be charged postage on any exchanged product.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty.

Delivery costs (including postage and handling) are not refundable. The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact. We regret that items that have been worn or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will be denied a refund and posted back to you
